Fulton Area Snow Travelers Welcome to the F.A.S.T. Web Site!  We are a southwestern Oswego County New York Snowmobile club dedicated to the sport of snowmobiling. Our mission is to promote the safe and lawful practice of our sport and to influence others to act responsibly. It doesn't matter if you live nearby, or trailer in from points distant, If you enjoy the trail system in Oswego County, it's your duty to support a local club. Besides being responsible, our group also has fun!  We hold raffles, steak bakes and trail rides year round, both to raise funds for trail maintenance and activities, and just for fun. We hope you will spend some time on our web site, and decide to join us

Current Conditions:
February 3, 2012

We are moving our next meeting date up by one week to February 7th to get ahead of the Great Eastern Whiteout and to avoid a conflict with Valentine's Day.

Our trail system is still not officially open.

High temperatures following Monday's high snowfall has caused most of our snow to melt. There is a light ground cover over mud and open water.

If we receive enough snow to ride please use caution. There is a drainage ditch near Route 176 at Bowens Corners that crosses the trail. We have marked this area and will be working on fixing it as soon as we can. There is also an area between Owens Road and the County Trail where some logging has taken place. This is a rough area so proceed with caution until it can be smoothed by the groomer.

ATV and UTV riders must stay off the trails now and in season. Our landowner's have not granted permission for ATV and UTV use. Oswego County has a new restriction prohibiting ATV and UTV on the Oswego County Recreational Trail from Fulton to Central Square (Route 81). We are just reporting the rule change - we weren't consulted on this matter.

Next General Meeting: Tuesday, February 7, 2012 RFH's 7:30pm.

Great Eastern Whiteout: February 11, 2012 - Watch for details.
